We really enjoyed our stay at Russell thanks to the amazing hospitality and service from the young lady Isabelle that worked there. She was so welcoming and helpful. The people in the restaurant downstairs were also so wholesome and guided us around quickly when we needed help. Our room was comfortable and the tv was very clear. We slept well and the room had all the amenities one would need. Thanks for making our stay in Russel a memorable one.

The gentleman who runs it was very accommodating and let us check in late as we were traveling through from Ontario to Saskatchewan. We called when we were 5 minutes away so he could come meet us and helped us get settled. The room was huge and clean. There was conveniently a breakfast place downstairs too . The manager saw us at breakfast and chatted with us to see how everything was. He gave us a suggestion to go to the farmers market just down the street and we did! It was a lovely stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

I am biased because I enjoyed Asessippi ski resort so much, but the rooms were clean, water hot, beds comfortable,the bar was friendly, and I can’t ask for any more. If it was updated it would look a lot better but at the same time, the price would be higher.

Room was a little dated, but the specific one myself & 1 other person stayed in was more than spacious. 2 Bed, living room style seating area & fairly large bathroom area. If for whatever reason I ended up in that quiet little town again, I would consider staying here again.

WONDERFUL for familys coming in and friend groups looking to enjoy the local skii resort! Big beds with fluffy pillows to welcome you from a long day, step into a family friendly vintage time zone that shows off the flare of Friendlly Manitoba. Our room was clean, the towels smell nice and I personally like the fluffy bedding. With netflix on Demand, Microwave and mini fridge will help you stay warm and cozy through Unforgiving Manitoba Winters while enjoying your families get away. Dont forget to get your morning coffee down stairs! The couches pop down, great for the kids or teens to lounge on. The restaurant Everyday Stakes will feed you one of the best breakfast ive ever had the pleasure experienced. Take a walk down main street during your down time at night to see one of the prettiest small town streets in the area. Make sure you check out the art! The bar across the hall looks busy with locals for the gambling machines and on the weekends the music gets going and its nice to see the young people have fun. Up the stairs is where the huge rooms are with the big door at the bottom helps you feel secure and cozy. The rates are fantastic for long visits to see you family in the local area while getting your privacy and relax time. With the Mechanic Shop near by, Suds and Shop, the local laundromat is within walking distance and IGA for groceries. This is the Ideal place for an affordable visit to the beautiful community of Russell Manitoba.
